I downloaded the form I-131. What do I need to attach to the form besides the $165 fees and 2 passport picture. From the reading the form it looks like we only need to fill out Part 1, 2, 3, 7 and 8. Is this correct?

Form I-131, USCIS fees, copy of I-485 filing reciept, 2 photographs, if I-140 filing reciept or I-140 approved then attach copy of that AND Color copy of first page of passport that has your name, DOB ,Photo AND color copy of your driving licence. on cover letter write your name, DOB, I-485# and A# at top write side and then write in bold letters RE: Form I-131 for Advance parole, list all what is enclosed and sign the cover letter with name, address.Mail the pakage to service center and out side the envelope write in big bold letters : FORM I-131 for advance parole
