Hi,
maybe someone can help me out here. I am applying for AOS and will also file for I-131 advance parole. What do I have to include besides two passport pictures, the I-131 form and a copy of my drives linces when I file for Advance Parole. I came here to the US on F1 visa, but my visa expired. I am not out of stutus because I still have my unexpired I-20 and I am attending classes. Should I make a copy of the expired visa and unexpired I-20 and add them to the application ?
