Hi, I am from Chennai region and for the last 2 months I have been looking for an appointment at Chennai consulate and it is not available. I need to go to India and be back here by the 2nd of May.
I have been working here after my masters and converted to H1B visa from F1.I have never gotten my passport stamped with H1B visa, it just has F1 Visa stamping
I have an appointment at Delhi,My question is, what qualifies as need to travel ?
I have documents from my employer stating that I am required back at work by 2nd of May but I am wondering if that is enough.I qualify in other areas - i.e, speak english, never been refused a visa etc.
Please help.
