Applying AP for the application that Nebraska received on Dec-03-2004

Dear Immigration.com visitors,
Nebraska center have received my I485/I140 (concurrent filing under EB3) on Dec-03-2004. I have valid H1B with stamping till March-2006 but friends are advising me to get AP as well.

Am I still eligible to apply for AP though I485 priority date is not current and retrogressed to Jan-2002?.

Yes. You can apply for EAD or AP because they received your I-485 before Dec 31, 2004.
