Apply TN Status at POE: questions.

Hi All,

I am getting an Potential Offer from my same Company which is located in Charlotte, NC. Currently, I am in working in Canada ( Already Canadian Citizen).

I have Bachelors of Engineering - Electrical Engineering from India and I also did my Master of Engineering - Electrical Engineering from Canadian University ( I do have Original Degree Certificate and Transcripts).

Now followings are my questions if you somebody can throw some insightfulness to it Please:

1. Do I need WES (Degree Credential) US Equivalency of my Bachelor Degree, Even though I have Masters in Same Field from Canada itself ?
2. Do I need Seal Copy of my Transcripts at POE ?
3. My title of the job will be "Controls Engineer" whose duties will be closely align with "Electrical Engineer", Is this going to be any problem ?
4. If my Start date is after 30 Days, Can I go at POE for TN Visa before even 30 days of joining, if NO then how Early I can go at POE ?


I will be much thankful, if you guys can share your knowledge and real experience if possible please.

3. No. Internal title is not important compared to accurate job description.
4. 30 days is a bit far. Most use a letter with no start date.
