My 485 is pending and I have used AP to come back to USA March 2005. I am still working for same emplomer. I need some suggestion about the possbility to apply H4 for my wife if I am going to marry someone outside the USA. Anyone has similar experience? Very appreciated for any comments and sharing of experience.
