Apply green card for sister

I would like to apply GC for my sister who is unmarried with 2 children, right now she lives with her boyfriend and might get married in a few years. In this case, if i apply for my sister who is unmarried and in the future before her approval of GC she happens to be married, will her GC get denied or affect any decision of GC approval? Will she be able to come here with her future husband and her kids? What kind of form to inform them that her status has changed? Thank you for all answers.
 
Are you aware of the wait times for brother/sister green cards? 10-20 years. And during that time, she'll likely have problems to obtain or use a strict nonimmigrant visa like B1/B2/F1 visa.
 
in any case, it doesn't matter whether she is married or not, or gets married in the process.
