apply GC for parents

I am a us citizen and want to apply for GC for my parents. However, I am currently unemployed. My US spouse earned $30,000 in 2009. Can I submit the applications for my parents with my US spouse as co-sponsor (so the family members include my parents, my US spouse and me)? Is that enough finacially? Hope to get reply here.
