Apply for PR after H1B stamping or before

Hi,

I am in USA and have received my H1B approval.
My employer is willing to file for my GC/PR.

Is it better to file for GC after I get my H1B stamped, ie. will it have any impact on my H1B?
Or do you suugest I should wait to file for my GC after I get my H1B stamped?

---------------------on what status you entred US??? did your employer filed H1 from other status? did you Change from H4 to H1? did you got I-94 attached with your H1 approval notice(lower right side).
