Hi, your help is greatly appreciated

I am trying to file for my parents currently living overseas. So all I am doing right now is I-130 and its related stuff. I became a USC recently.

1. When asked for alien registration number and naturalization certificate number in the form, do they mean the same thing?

2. what are the other forms that I need to file for now? Do I wait for the letter from INS to file other things like I-325, I-864?

3. where should I file? Chicago lockbox or local service center?

thank you

Look at your certificate. It will have 2 numbers. One is your A# and otherone is your certificate#.
Answer to your rest of the Qs can be found on www.uscus.gov . Try to search and read the instruction.
