apply for marriage-based GC after i-140 approved via employment based GC

Hi there,

I am currently using H1B visa. My employer has filed GC application (EB2) for me. My Labor and I140 have been approved.

Now my question is, if I now apply marriage based GC (my hubby has got his citizenship), will it conflict the existing employment based application? Is there anything special I need to do for the marriage based GC application in such situation?
