My H1 is getting expired in Jun 2003. I am planning to file my EAD. I never filed for EAD when i applied for my 485. My I-94 is expired today. The reason for my I-94 expiration is because my passport was expired. Do i have to ga back out of the country to get a new I-94 to file for EAd?. Am i currently out of status. As far as the links i have read my status is legal because i filed for my I-485. My Lawyer is out of office this week. Please help me...
