Hi,
I am looking for approved labor and found an employer,
problem is attorney/employer are saying they lost approved labor in mail.
They have a letter/fax from DOL mentioning that particular labor application was lost in mail.( I havent seen it yet
)
Attorney is saying he can apply for 140/485 by mentioning the above labor application number and details.
I found on DOL web site and forums that DOL is not going to issue a duplicate labor if we lost it, but if any other gov agency requests it they will send it to that agency, for example USCIS,.
Does anybody seen such cases? I need to switch employer also if i want to go for this, means it's labor substitution case too.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.
