Apply both in EB1-OR and EB2(NIW)

Could anybody please tell me if I could apply both in EB 1(OR)and EB 2 (NIW). Do I have to pay twice the filing fees if I apply in both categories? Please help!

Yes, you can apply both and yes, you have to pay for each application.

If you are retrogressed countries, you may want to think of applying to EB1A and EB1B rather than using EB2-NIW.
