Apply 130 wife on green card.

I am green card holder and I am going to apply I 130 for my wife ...I have heard that nowdays us immigration is speeding up their priorities date ...just want to know is that true. I really need help in this.
 
Yes that's right, for example they are now processing the F2A category petitions which were filed uptill August of 2009 according to the recent Visa bulletin.
