Applied for H1 Ext...When to expect a case number?

I sent my H1-B Ext. on Aug 14. INS Check Cleared on Aug 19th.
Any idea when I get a receipt from INS and a decision on the case?

Usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to get the receipt notice.
