Applied for H1 B with out Educational Evaluations

Hi,

My employer has sent my H1-B application to INS without the education evaluation, not to miss the FY2006 quota. I was in US for 6 years and came back to India after my 6yrs h1b period. I had my educational evaluations done in 1998. But I could not find them to attach to my application this time. So we sent it without the educational evaluation.

I am getting my educational evaluation done this week. How do I send the information to INS. After I get the Receipt Notice is there any process that I have to follow to send these evaluations or Do I have to wait untill they send RFE.

If you have receipt notice, then you can send any additional document to INS quoting the ref no.
