Applied for Eb1/ EB2 NIW in August 2007

Has any one applied for EB1 /EB2 NIW in august 2007. I applied for both through by attorney at the Texas center. My checks were cased. I have not recieved the receipt notice.

Yes, I am talking about i-140. It is non-concurrent filing.

My checks were cashed about 2 weeks after my application were mailed.So,wait for some time.

I applied for my I-140 on Oct 2nd 2007 and have received the notice dated Oct 3rd 2007
This is at NSC.

DestinyChild - you can get the recipt number from the back of the checks...have you tried that?

I applied for EB1-OR to TSC in August (10, 2007). Checks cashed
August 15, 2007
and got a receipt in the third week of August.
reciept date (Aug 17, 2007)

Try madmonkey's advise and using that no check online status of your case. I even got my i485 etc receipt last week filed in Aug.

When shall I expect to receive my receipt no? I applied on 13th Oct 07 at NSC. It has been almost 3 weeks since I applied. My checks are also not encahsed?
Is there any means by which i can track my application or receipt no?

I got my receipt number from back of the cashed check.
The online status says pending. Last update Sept 7th,2007. My application is at the Texas center.

By the way what does LUD stand for and how do you look for?

LUD stands for last update. I got the receipt number from the back of the cashed check. It either starts with LIN or SRC etc depending on the center you sent the appication from. Once you get the receipt number, you can go USCIS website and look for online status.
