Applied for Advance Parole but never got it !

I applied for AP and EAD with 485 in july last year.
Got the EAD in Sept but no sign of AP.
When i called IIO they said yes we see you applied for it
but still no decision. Is this usual? Did it happen to anyone before?

ND: 9/4
EAD received around Sept 9/15.
FP: 12/11
