My checks were withdrawn
My lawyer mentions that he filed for EB1/EB2-NIW last month. I found that my checks were withdraw only this month.What does it mean.?
When is my filing date.
what is the usual time frame of things .When would I get my receipt number and when would they make any decision regarding the case.

Your lawyer might be correct. It is taking time to register applications after being received due to the large number of applications last month.
