VSC received the I-485 package on Dec 23rd. Check was cleared yesterday (01/13) and the ND on the applications is 01/11/2005.

No receipt notices so far.
Attorney said wait for approx 4-8 weeks as they are loaded with EB3 applications in the month of Dec 2004.
