All those applicants whose I-485 becomes current in DEC 2005 please post your details here. The EB3 has moved 1 year, EB2 by 1 year.

I guess what he is asking is those who became current in dec 2005 bulletin
like for eg INDIA EB1 before feb 2003 etc etc.

Me me me me me.

Right before my company started the PERM for me (2 weeks ago). I found some issues in BS+5 (I have 6.5 year experience but 2 of them is before BS degree :( , so I can not get to EB2 with that). I can't believe that HR gave me many new options : Sub. Labor with MS+1 with PD JAN 2001 (by that time I received MS degree and 2 year experience), MS+3 with PD March 2003, or redo the ad. and file PERM. Woot woot. This is a very big Thankgiving gift ever. So, I took the first subs LC immediately since it is ORGINAL and they NEVER used it for anyone else (The person name on that LC left the company before it is certified and they could not find anyone with the same background MS+1, experience and job description matched with the LC. The person who does GC in my company is very picky on this. Mine is match 90% on job description and 100% on others, so she gave it to me)

I140 and I485 concurrent will be filled next month :) I am from China. Love to have that PD moved.

this is NASTY! They need revoke labor substitution as soon as possible. :mad:

As far as I know Labor Substitution is no longer possible as of Oct 2005. I saw this on Shiela Murthy's web site. However it is better to contact a lawyer. Don't take my word for it.

NOP.. Its not been the LAW yet. Its still a DOL proposal. It will take sometime before it gets converted in to Law.
