Application Tracker for June 2009 mailed to Phoenix

7/8/09: Check cashed
X/XX/09: Received receipt
X/XX/09: FP Notice received
X/XX/09: FP Appointment
 
That is encouraging but....

I mailed app on 6/24. Checks not cleared and no notices yet. Not sure what is going on. Application was delivered on 6/26 though.
 
Got Rejection Notice

I got rejection notice saying it is more than 90 days to go for eligibility. The irony is, the date they sent it falls within the 90 days even though the ND and Priority date is off by 1 day. Looks like very smart people work there. Reapplied today.:)

This is a trick for others so anxious as to send their applications on the ninety (90) day mark. POSTDATE IT at least 3 days ahead. Don't do this however if you are sending it in next day express.....:)
