My ad has been posted on Sunday paper, employer's website, a job search website (LITjobs), and a professional organization's website (under job section). I am going to go for EB2.

Is it enough or do I need to post my ad on a published journal?! My lawyer said it's OK. Thanks!

Seems like you missing some. You should read FAQ of PERM...
You cannot count more than 2 websites towards the requirements.
You need to place a job order through SWA.
Sunday newspaper and professional journal is one count.
Good luck

My lawyer will place a job order with SWA. I thought it was a must so I didn't mention it. So to enumerate, my job ad has been posted on:

1)SWA
2)Sunday Newspaper
3)Professional Organization(job section on their website)
4)employer's website
5)Job search website

Are you saying even though it's a professional organization's website, it cannot count if we've already used two websites(employer's and job search website)?

I did check the 3 out of 10 options. I thought it's fine and my lawyer seems to hold the same opinion.

Can you tell me what you saw this requirement? I searched almost everything I could find on the department of labor's website, but didn't find this "no more than two websites" requirement!

Thanks!

What you should also include is employer bonus program. It easy to do and easy to keep documentation that there was such a program...well unless employer does not want to do it.
As for previous question, I think FAQ of March 2005 describe that only two websites can count: Employer's and external. If SWA posts on the website, then it is OK to submit job order on the third website.
Good luck!
