I filed concurrently on 05/17 and it was transfered to Texas on 05/21/07 for myself, spouse and two kids.
Yesterday I received all applications back because my kids (10 & 11 years old) didn't sign the application.
So, I guess, today I will have my ten years old son sign his 485 and AP and mail where?
Texas address on cover letter is PO Box for general correspondence. Or should I mail again to Nebraska?

Did you sign the I-485 for your kids? Cuz, that's what my attorney asked me to do. If the children are under age of 14, then the principle applicant need to sign on behalf of them. Means, you can write your kids name at the end of form (where signatures are), but in signature box, you can sign, if they are under the age of 14.

Please let me know, how you did that?

I signed under: "Signature of person preparing form if other than above".

Are you filing by yourself or acquiring attroney? Since, I am using attorney services for this, so may be that's why she told me not to fill any of those boxes ("Signature of person preparing form if other than above"). She specifically told me about this. Also, she told me that I just need to write my kids name, but in the signature box, I need to put my signature instead of them. She told me to leave that "Signature of person preparing form if other than above" blank and do not fill that for any body, who is filing with me as my dependent.

Thank You ninja,
I will put kids name and sign for them.

However, I'm still wondering where to file?

Yes, I'm filing by myself.

Then, I would suggest to pay some money to the attorney for their advice. Its worth to spend some bucks at this point of time and get the appropriate advice, instead USCIS find some thing else and send the papers back to you again, which will be very painfull. I am also filing for me and my family and hired attorney for this. I don't know about others, but for me "Time is money". So, saving time by spending money (not all the times) make sence to me, but spending time and saving money does not work very often too.

Hope you got my point.

Good luck friend.
