Hi, please i dont think i fully understand this.. My husband filed I-130 on September 24,2007 in Nebraska SC, Jan. 10 he got o receive the Notice of Action (797) from Chicago Lockbox. Yesterday he filed for K3 visa (form 129-F) and submitted to Chicago Lockbox. And i was wondering how long before he gets to hear again from the USCIS? please help.. thank you...

I just checked KC DO about the N-400 and it says May 19th 2007 ..... they have never EVER been so behind !!!
