application name different to legal name????

hey there. i always thought my middle name was registered legally by my parents which they have me at age 12 for religious reasons so i sent the paper work off with my middle name included in my full name. now i relise after getting all the legal documents that my middle name was never registered by my parents. will this pose a problem with my visa application. i applied with a middle name but legally have no middle name so my birth certificates and license are different to my application form. same 1st and last name
 
yeah tried the emabssy in sydney where the interview is due but u can never got hold of them and there emails bounce back saying they are too busy to reply.
