Application lost in post

I sent my completed forms back to Kentucky but after a month they still haven't been delivered (i'm tracking them over the net).

Obviously I'm gonna kick off with the postal service, but does anyone know how/when/if I should email the guys in Kentucky?

Can they send me out a duplicate NL?

Anyone got any advice???

Don’t worry this is not a problem, the main thing is that you got your original NL. IN fact you don’t have to send back the forms that they send out at all. Firstly you need to check with your postal service, to confirm failed delivery. OK next find out if KCC have received your forms and make sure that they are being processed. If they have not got them then all you need to do is go here:

fill in the forms on line print them off, take another picture and resubmit! Its as simple as that.
Winning the DV means that you have an entitlement to apply for a GC when your case number is current, so the actual documents you got in the original NL are not all that important. As long as you have your CN your set!
Either way I would get moving on sorting this out if I were you.
