I checked the AVM last Saturday and says that it was approved on Sept 12. I didn\'t want to get my hopes up at the time because I know that sometimes the AVM is inaccurate. I had to make sure that I have the approval notice first. Hope everybody gets their approvals soon. This discussion helped me a lot.

You mentioned AD 09/01. And again AVM approval date is 12th sept. Which one is correct. Also have you or your lawyer received
the approval notice.

All the approvals we have seen recently are for RFE applicants. Looks like this is the present trend with INS....

My approval date was on Sept 12, 2001. 09/01 was for 09/2001. RFE was for vaccination shots (was pregnant at the time when we filed 485). It was sent on June 13, 2001. My FP date was on March 2001 but went ahead on schedule because husband was leaving the following week. Our schedule was supposed to be on March 14 or 15 but we did FP on March 2.
