Applicants with FP done and I-140 Pending.....

Tracking 23rd sep. virtually no update for the last week. no RFE no Approval. nothing. 36 cases are pending .8 have RFE's.14 cases approved. NSC is on voluntary vacation.

I140 Update

No update. In their web site it shows they last touched on 4/21/04. I will keep you posted

from what I have seen from my friends I 140 approvals is that INS is processing I 140 CP or just I 140 filed cases. But not processing concurrently filed I 140. I don't have proof to back this but thats the case with few friends who filed I 140 same time. Lot of FP notice is going out for concurrently filed cases.
 
Those with FP notices and I140 not approved yet, could you'll please enlist the case details such as labor types, RD, labor dates, etc
My case is EB-2 (Exceptional ability)
I140 RD: Sept 27,2003
FP date: May 25,2004
State labor: Minn

I140: no approval, no RFE yet.
I am just hoping that after the FP gets done, the I140 and I485 is simulatenously adjudicated. I am hoping that cases like me awaiting I140 with FP notice are part of some unpublished pilot program or guinea pigs :)

Is the new procedure only for people who are going to file after 4//04/30 or even for those who filed in 2003...

I-140/I-485/EAD/AP(Concurrent - LIN-04-075-5XXXX)
RD: 01/20/04; ND: 01/22/04
FP: 05/14/04(scheduled date)

AD: 03/18/04(EAD); 03/23/04(AP);
WAITING (I-140/I-485)


Just crossing my fingers and watching for the best thing to happen(Concurrent approval of I-140/I-485) :)

I'm in the same boat. I-140 ND Sep 24. Labor Substitution case and concurrent filing. I-140 is not touched yet. Got the FP for May 19th, 04
 
I140 pending and got FP notice

Hi,

My I140 RD is 09/22/03.
FP ND : 04/13/04
Appointment for FP : 05/08/04

I140 is touched in dec 03 and no RFE or approval yet.
I485/EAD/AP (EB3) RD: 09/22/03

Can anyone tell me how many days it will take FBI to send the FP results to the INS?

2nd RFE on I140

Hai folks..
here is my status..

EB2, RIR, Michigan
ND: Aug 25th 2003
EAD approved

I140- 1st RFE on Feb 12th, response received by INS on 23rd march (company financials,my W2 and paychecks),

Got 2nd RFE for I140 on March 30th, aksing more questions on company financials (company didnot give me the details exactly what they asked as it is their confidential financial details).

Company working on getting the info. for 2nd RFE.
Waiting to reply in response to I140 2nd RFE.

Applying for Advance Parole today ie. before April 30th
Applied for EAD Renewal online (e-file)

Got finger print notice scheduled for May 15th.

By the way.. We need to write a cover letter explaining the needs/conditions to get Advance Parole. Does any body has any cover letter format for Advance Parole if so please provide me.

I guess many of us are in the same situation (excpet for my 2nd RFE on I140)..
So let us share the experiences as we go forward.

I-140 approved finaly !!!!

Hi,

Finally my I-140 was approved after a looong wait :)! Just checked the online status and it shows the approval of the case on 28, April.

Case Details:
I-140 ND May 21 2003. RFE in Sept, replied on November 18.
I had not heard anything after RFE response in November, and was getting pretty worried.

485/765 and AP in August, 2003. All are still pending. Received FP notice for May 15, 2004.

I moved two weeks back and had updated my addres, which reflected in the BCIS new status page (showing update in 485/765 and AP cases on April 23rd...i am assuming after I called they updated the address). I am wondering if the address change triggered the approval, as they looked at my file after sooo long !!


Anyways, I am over the moon. I wish everyone all the best and hope you all see your I-140 approved soon.

Yeah they updated with response for rfe received after we responded for 1st RFE..and after another week again they updated to requested for more evidence and they wanted more details on company financials..ie. my 2nd RFE..
Hope this clarifies your doubt..

Finally a big relief ..after long wait..my I-140 got approved after 2 RFEs'

Nebraska/RIR/EB2/Concurrent
ND 8/27/03
1st RFE 3/12/04- W2, paychecks, company financials
2nd RFE 3/29/04- more details on company financials
2nd RFE received on May 12th 2004and Approved on May 28th 2004.

I485 Fingerprinted 5/15/04, received by USCIS/Nebraska on May28th.
