Applicant in NSC area, but Attorney in TSC area

Hi All,

Most of us are wiling to file our petition to TSC for two reasons
1. fast 2. greater chances of getting approved.

Applicant in area other than TSC, while attorney in TSC wiling to file in TSC...is this possible

Yes, the attorney can efile your I-140 in TSC if he/she has an office in their service-jurisdiction.
