I see only IGATE folks actively posting messages regarding company name change. I think there are others who visit this board but belong to other companies which also changed names or were bought and sold to other companies.
I appeal to all other company name change I-485 applicants to please come forward and post your experiences as well. Especially those who filed for their adjustment of status in \'99 and \'00. I request you to join this board and post even if you are from small companies with this situation.
Could you please let us know if you folks are having problems/ delays with the INS holding up your I-485 applications because of company Name change.
It would also greatly help all of us if you could also post the response or the actions which your company management and/or your legal department is taking to help you get your approval.
We are all in this mess and if all of can share our problems ( even if we are from different service centers ) it would help get an idea about the discrepancies ( if any ) between different service centers in processing these kind of specific cases.
