Did your previous employer withdrew or cancel your 140?
Hi,
My previous employer withdrew the i-140 , after I took off with AC21, The dumb USCIS send a notice for Denial based on i-140 withdrawal.
Unfortunately, I had retained my previous company's lawyer, and I had sent him my new Employement letter 6 months before the notice for denial of i-485 and the old nuthead probably forgot to send it to USCIS.
In response to denial , he filed for an MTR on my behalf, by sending the appropriate document (new employement letter and pay stubs and so on...)
And they reopened my 485. I am not sure if my previous emaployer wanted to cancel or withdraw the 140 application , I will double check and repost.
