As per AVM, case has been approved

EB2/India
PD: Oct 1996!!!
RD: 19/01/01
ND: 29/01/01
Appd: 30/10/01
EAC:: 01-089-xxxxx

It has been a long wait. First a regular labor certification process that lasted two and a half years, then an RFE on an unusually delayed I140, not to mention delays in getting relevant documents from co. and more! Seems like the process got stuck at every stage.

TO ALL FOLKS W/PDs 1999 and 2000: Can understand your frustration over delays in the process (esp those who fear layoffs etc) but hope our PD will put things in perspective for you. Not to mention, those in family based categories wait an eternity to get their GC. So hang in there, and remember it will eventually happen. \'All the best.
