Let me summarise the situation.
My GC is processed by my company and its lawyer and 180 day period is over after filing for my 485.
My company is planning for laying off at least 30 people including me
in two weeks time
Questions
After laying off, will they do anything to hurt your GC processing?
Can they do anything to your GC processing if the 180 day period is over?
I am expecting my approval of 485 in 4 to 6 months time.
I have my EAD but considering the fact that its very difficult to get a job soon what are my chances of going thru GC processing successfully?
