Can I file AP myself or do I need a lawyer ? My GC lawyer is demanding money to file AP. I thought this was included in 485.



Any guys with experience on this or have applied AP on their own ?

---- If your I-485 is filed and you have receipt of I-485 you can file it your self. It is simple fill up the form I-131, 2 photographs, BCIS check $110, I-485 receipt and write in the cover letter the reason for trip.
