Can someone explain to me what this means? I checked my wife AP status and it states:
"On July 31, 2003, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued".
Does this means that my wife AP is approved?
My online status still states the same as the receipt notice, i.e. it is taking around 365 days to process...
