I have valid HIB & have no AP,Iam working on h1b & is valid till 2004 jan ....but Iam expecting my I-485 approval anytime soon .....if my I-485 gets approved when Iam abroad can I reenter US with valid H1B ....Iam concerned b'coz I've no AdvPayroll, so if I can re enter with out AP with a valid H1B incase of my I-485 approval when Iam abroad I need not postpone my trip ....pls give me inputs I will greatly appreciate
