Sorry keep asking questions. But really no information from my side

This time the question is about AP. Currently my I-140 is pending but wife wants to use AP. How risky is that? If the I-140 gets denied and I appeal, is the AP still valid till the appeal decision comes?

if you are maininting work VISA say H1
safest bet will be to let her take H4 approval papers with her as a back up plan
if I-140 get sdenied ...so will I-485 & AP...
if you appeal.........no clear rule says AP is valid...
option 2 is go take infopass and talk to immigration officer!
