2 weeks back I got the message in BCIS case status page saying "RFE SENT.................."

Still waiting for RFE.......

Today when I checkd my Status for my AP I got the following:

"On February 9, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

I am with you on this. However, if they can transfer AP for interview to local office, why not issue a FP for AP? :D I mean, hypothetically, it is a possibility.
 
I finished my FP last June. But the Status never updated from 999 days...to FP received. Any movement is fine with me.

We have seen the following possibilities so far.
1. For I-485 - FP Notices
2. Address Change update
3. AP approvals in case of the application is for AP.
 
so, the
4th Option for "Mailed Directly......" is
"RFE Issued...."

in addition to the following:

1. For I-485 - FP Notices
2. Address Change update
3. AP approvals in case of the application is for AP.
