AP yet not approved!!!

I applied for AP at NSC on 10/30/2002.
Got a RFE and the reply of RFE received by NSC on 01/15/2003
Yet waiting for approval!
It has been more than 4 months !!!!!!!!!!!
I don't know what's up with that.

Any one in the same boat? Please share your thought!!

You ofcourse have the option of walking into the nearest BCIS office and get "urgent travel" AP, if you need it.

I am not sure if the local offices are still issuing AP or not, even though in my case it has been more than 90 days!
Did any one received Advance Payrol from local BCIS office Minneapolis?

Have been waiting, give it a shot.

Only problem is you have to show up early in the morning....


So far, I know that Minneapolis INS is very picky now a days to issue EAD and AP. I dont know the what exactly the practice is. I would certainly give it a shot showing up early in the morning one day.

Minneapolis office won't give AP now. I went there waited in line for 6 hours and they said no and told me to file at NSC asap.

from_rep, I think you will need the AP application Form, I 485 Receipt Notice, I 140 Approval Notice, and a photo copy of your state ID. That's should be it!
