Hi folks,
I have a question for you guys. I currently hold a H1B visa. My GC application was made last month (RD April 2, 2008) through my wife's petition. I am expecting to receive EAD and AP within the next three months. I am planning on traveling to India in May. I am pretty sure I will not have my EAD and AP before I leave. Is it safe to leave the country and re-enter using my stamped H1B?
