AP use and travel for different purposes

Hi,
Me and my wife have valid multiple entry APs for "humanitarian reasons". We traveled to our home country to visit our parents. My wife (I-495 derivative) needs to travel abroad again, but this time for business purposes (from her company) to Canada (not our home country).

My question is:
Is the same AP valid for both humanitarian and business trips, or she should get another one for business trips despite the fact that her original AP has not expired? Please, help.

You said that AP can be used for any travel,
business or humanitarian alike. On
my AP and that of my wife, there is a remark
saying "travel allowed only for valid
humanitarian reasons".

What do you think? Can she travel on business
trip with this remark? Or maybe a way out is for her
to go on business trip and visit family? Give me your
opinion.
