My I-485 being pending, EAD & AP being approved until Oct 2003. what information do I need to carry with me to support my valid status in U.S, if ever being questioned at the port of entry???. Could anybody provide me with the exact format of employment verification letter that I need to get from my employer???.
My 6 year H1-B limit & VISA on my passport is expired and I am on my Work permit. My wife H1-B is valid until 01/14/2004, but her VISA on her passport is expired. She did receive her work permit & AP along with mine and are valid until Oct' 2003.
Is it okay to go to india in this situation. Please advice
