AP travel somebody please advice urgent
I left my GC sposoring/H1B employer after 180 days passed from date of I-485 filing, joined a new employer on EAD. My spouse is on H4 status with visa valid until 08/2004 . She is having an EAD but not working currently.Does she needs an AP to travel abroad ??
