AP Travel Question...Very Urgent...PlZ Advice

Hi All

Do u know of any Person(s) not allowed into USA when they presented AP at POE due to any reason?

How is the situation especially at Newark,NJ and JFK,NY?

What are all the different questions/documents asked when people present their AP at POE?


Plz tell me ur or ur friends experiences at any POE with AP
Whay is the secondary inspectation needed? What do they check in their system and How Long will it take?

POE - JFK
Date - 8/29/04

Questions asked:

Q: Why are you using AP?
A: My I-485 is under process.

Q: Who is sponsoring your case ?
A: My employer .. Name of the organization.

That's it... Stamped and gave back my AP
