I am planning to travel on AP. I transfered my job last year Sept. My 140 was revoked, 485 Denied. I used AC-21 and got the case reopened. Subsequently filed for EAD/ AP got approvals on them. In January i changed jobs again. I haven't filed AC-21 yet for this new job.
Can i travel outside US using AP. If asked about current employer i will have to say non-sponsoring employer. Should i file AC-21 before leaving and respond with a yes to the sponsoring employer? United Nations / Ginnu any suggestions appreciated.
