AP Stuff....

Guys,

We (myself and wife), applied for our AP on 22nd Aug. On 5th Sept. wife recvd her approved AP (surprising that got it approved so fast). However, I haven't recvd any approval yet. Not that am in any hurry, just wondering if any of you are/were in similar situation.

Well,

Me and my wife applied for 2nd AP on April 1st. She got hers on June 2nd, and I got mine Sep 4th. The 3 month difference may have been the security check time. That's just a guess since we applied at the same time.
 
None of us received yet..

We applied 2nd AP on 12 Aug, none of us received it yet, I was surprised, when I checked my AP status online, it says it takes 400 to 450 days.
 
I, my wife and 6 year old daughter applied for AP on 3/26 (RD), ND 04/01. I and my daughter were approved on 4/30, my wife on 5/21 - three weeks later. Have no clue why my wife was left out.
 
My friend and his wife applied for first time for AP together on February, 27th, 2003. Husband got approved in April, wife got approved recently on September 3rd.

My friend's lawyer approached some organization like "American Association of Immigration Lawyers" or so and did some liasion and they got approved immediately. Maybe this will help for the guys who are hanging around for AP
