AP Strange Message: What does it mean??

Hi,
I got the following status on my AP case and did not get anything in the main until now. Can some one guide me what it can be, based on experience?

"Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status:

On October 25, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Do I need to contact USCIS and ask what it is?

-------------It seems AP is approved, if filed directly it will come to you if filed by lawyer it will come to lawyer address.wait 8-10 days

I got the same message when my AP was approved last year. AP will be mailed to your attorney.

Thanks everybody,
I called my attorney today, i.e. Nov 3rd and he told me that he just received my approved AP, issued to me on Oct 25th.
