AP still not arrived

My AP ND is 08/29/2003 and it has still not arrived ( status is still waiting for approval ). According to the latest processing time, I-131 is at 09/03/2003. Anybody else in same boat ? Any idea what I could do ? Call INS or something.
 
definitely call and bug them...when they move the date we assume they must've cleared everything b4 that..

My ND is 08/25/2003. They haven't decided anything on my AP. Ofcourse, my I-485 is approved on 02/02/2004 and hence I am expecting a rejected AP. But no decision is made yet.
 
same here

my AP N/D is Aug 20 and the online messgae still says it is taking 150 to 180 days....

Are there many in the same boat?

Called the 1800 number

I called the 1800 number ( as if that would be of any use!! ) and they still refer to the ProcessingDate of the AP as July28th 2003 as opposed to the one published in the PDF in the forum. I looked on the USCIS website and they still have processing July28th.
 
AP approved...

ND: 7/31/2003
AD: 2/19/2004

Now going strong on 3'rd AP (and 3'rd EAD).

485 ND - 11/01

Looks like AP's in this range should get approved soon. Stay positive!

No RFE...

No RFE was issued. Checked online status today and found that AP was approved. Until today, online status always showed "application received on 7/31....".
